Ordered a chicken sandwich combo and threw up violently within 4 hours of consumption. My order was modified (no pickles) and made me sick, my partner ordered the exact same combo but unmodified and is fine.

I ate a classic chicken sandwich combo on Friday for lunch around 12:30 couple hours later the diarrhea started now on fourth day and still have diarrhea I emailed the restaurant twice and no response, I haven't missed work in over ten years but could not go in today because of this
