Had chicken mild 4 piece meal at 5:00 pm on 2/7/17.....at 2:00 am 2/8/17 started with nausea and vomiting them by 4:00 am diarrhea. It is now 4:45 pm still have nausea and diarrhea with a terrible headache.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
