I ordered the 10pc family meal, chicken sandwich, and jalapeños. My family ate and within an hour we all had diarrhea, stomach pain, vomiting, chills and cramps. It had interrupted my work day, my kids school day and my husband's work day.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
