Chicken Sandwich Illness Symptoms

I ate a chicken sandwich, and 4 hours later I have severe stomach pain and vomiting. I also have headaches, shaking, and bloody diarrhea. I’m hoping that sleeping through it will help. I’ve taken medication for it.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Bloody Stool, Headache, Stomach Pain, Shaking
