Food Safety Reports: Publix, Atlantic Boulevard, Neptune Beach, FL, USA

I got a pre made chicken sandwich last night around 8 pm and start throwing up out of nowhere around 12 pm and every hour or so since for the last 10 hours. I’m not positive it is from the sandwich but it is the only thing I ate yesterday  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
