not the first time the Lucky Charms illness has struck. I’ve been suspicious of the cereal’s association to this affect in the past but didn’t feel certain until of the connection until today. I usually eat two bowls of cereal but my primary gotos are FrostedFlakes and FrostedMiniWheats. I eat the lucky charms from my kids’ supply when I don’t have my gotos available. My kids are little and only eat smaller portions. I’m done buying this stuff for them—something is up with the cereal’s ingredients. I'm not sick right now but I'm not planning to be sick not for another year so gotta remind myself don't eat Lucy charms so far I have had 3 stomach aches and there from eating way to much sugar but I know it's not from this cereal because I don't eat it hardly ever.
I haven't ben sick in 13 months and now I know why to avoid lucky charms. You can just tell from the box that there crap. I hope you get better.

so that can mean only one food the Healthy Choice Cafe Steamers Southwest chicken! I felt fine and a few hours later I went to bed. I was suddenly awakened with regeneration and my throat was burning with stomach acid. Then I ran to the bathroom vomiting and vomiting. Lying down in bed and the vomiting again and again. Lying down and I barely made it to the bathroom with more vomiting and diarrhea again and again. Throwing up in the bathroom trash can and diarrhea on the toilet both ends. Lying down and it stopped. I was there for spring break vacation with my family & couldn’t even do everything we planned due to me being stuck in my hotel most of the time! I felt very sick and had major stomach pains, horrible diarrhea, sweats, achy body & nauseous for a couple hours. It made me suffer when I should be making memories & having a fun filled day with my loved ones, unfortunately I had to end up cutting my vacation short bc I didn’t feel good for days. This is the worst case of food poisoning I ever had. Please investigate so this doesn’t happen to anybody else. Thank you for your time. Please reach out to me if you have any questions. There is actually a Norovirus going around that is flying across the US. It hits very suddenly. My husband and I ate dinner and were both absolutely fine. He got up and started helping to clean up and BOOM, out of nowhere, it hit him. Safe with my 2 friends. He went to work and was fine. All of the sudden at 10:30 it hit him like a brick and she was fine at her work and about 2 or 3 hours after it hit him like a brick it hit her. It hits like a tornado. Read your CDC reports online.
