I bought tombstone pizza from Publix because it was buy one get one free. 1 hour after eating I was throwing up all the pizza. I had severe diarrhea & stomach pain. I was laying on bathroom floor how painful it was  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
