my boyfriends mom had bought salami from our local QFC from the brand boars head and we had made sandwiches with the meat and a little after eating the sandwich i had a gut wrenching stomach ache i felt nauseous and my stomach was in knots.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Stomach Pain, Cramps
