3-Day Illness Post-Chicken

I ate chicken tender meal here at 6 pm woke up at 5 am felt nauseous all morning threw up multiple times and have had constant non stop diarrhea for 3 days. I’ve never been this sick an my entire life.. it has miserable and have missed 3 days of work because of it.
