Me and my wife ate lunch from this restaurant and we both got sick. I got so sick i passed out on the stairs to my house and fell down the stair. I mangled my face and spent a day in the hospital. I have images and the hospital release papers to prove the gravity of what happened.

3-Day Illness Post-Chicken

I ate chicken tender meal here at 6 pm woke up at 5 am felt nauseous all morning threw up multiple times and have had constant non stop diarrhea for 3 days. I’ve never been this sick an my entire life.. it has miserable and have missed 3 days of work because of it.
