I picked up a sack of the All American Cheeseburgers on 09-26-18 around 3:45 p.m. I ate them Wednesday and Thursday and by Friday morning, I had a severe case of Colitis with diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, bleeding and ended up in the emergency room later that day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
