5/28/23 - 7:45pm - plain hotdog, some popcorn with nothing added. 4:30am following morning, upset stomach, peculiar nausea, followed by severe 100% liquid diarrhea, vomiting followed shortly. Up and back into bed about 5-6 times. Still not out of the woods.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
