Last night I got nachos with adobada & a horchata drink this is my 3rd time coming I thought I was wrong about my stomach not feeling well after I ate the nachos as the next day I woke @4:30 am with headaches throwing up & headache all day I cant swallow my food..  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Headache
