Small Maui zowie pizza — woke up a few hours after eating with horribly painful cramps, was vomiting and having diarrhea all night and most of the next day. Hadn’t eaten anything else for hour prior to consuming the pizza.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
