I had a two piece chicken dinner with fry about 1:30 p.m. and around 3:00 a.m. I woke up stomach hurting and cramps. Had to use the bathroom and nothing but diarrhea and vomiting all morning along with chills and fever  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Stomach Pain
