Cobb Salad Illness: Vomit, Diarrhea

On Sat., dec 16th, I purchased a cobb salad at appx. 1:00pm. ate it at appx 2:00pm. At around 9:00pm started throwing up and had diarrhea all night long. Didn't stop vomiting till monday , the 18th morning
