I bought a Chinese food platter with sesame chicken and fried rice from the refrigerated deli section. I heated it up at home and consumed it. The next day I had violent diarrhea for an extended amount of time over the course of 3 or so hours. The gas and bloating and pain continued for many hours.

Cereal Causes Cramping, Diarrhea

I've been eating Lucky Charms since I was a kid and in my experience the green stool was "normal", presumably from food dye. As an adult, however, this cereal tears through me. I recently ate a bowl before bed and woke up in the middle of the night with painful stomach cramps and diarrhea.
