Nausea, Dizziness Post-Sandwich

An hour and ahalf after eating a sandwich there, I became incredibly nauseated and dizzy . The next day I had extreme diarrhea to the point I was having accidents and having to take medication  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness
