Promo Meal Causes Illness

The restaurant is currently having a promotion, so I made the order for delivery as my first meal of the day.  About 3 hours after eating the food, I got sick. I had a feeling of nausea at first, then diarrhea, and then vomited everything out. 
Today  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
