Cheese Pretzel, Fries Illness

I ate the food last night and it was part of a cheese filled pretzel and some of the small bag of fries. i woke up with horrible acid reflux and then it turned into constant diarrhea and extreme nausea. I’ve had it for hours now and it won’t go away.
