Ramen Causes Severe Cramps

While I always order the same meal, this time was different. The food was delivered at 1:26PM, and by 330PM, I was in the toilet with severe cramping and excessive diarrhea. I have had multiple visits to the bathroom since I got the order. Pain is 8/10.

Ramen & Gyoza Illness

Ate at Shibu Ramen around 4pm ( ramen at the restaurant) take out gyoza. Had diarrhea, nausea, stomach pain, chills around 12am (midnight)
