I had the English Breakfast. Felt sick about an hour after eating. Bad sickness and diarrhea for the rest of the day.

Thursday 3rd June 21. At 8.30pm. Felt sick with in 1/2 hr of eating .diarrhoea and sick all night chronic tummy pains. Hot burning wave came over me very suddenly.
The food tasted fishy. Still being sick 12 hrs later.
