I had a muscle punch and in the middle of the night I woke up with bad gas and cramps. 2 hrs after that it got worse and I had diarrhea. I did notice my smoothie was extra sweet but I kept drinking it. Now I wish I never did. Ugh 😩  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Gas
