Sulphur Burps, Severe Diarrhea

Ate at 9:00 pm went to sleep at 10 pm and started having pain in my abdomen at 3:00 am followed by vomiting. Diarrhea started at about 11:00 am and has gotten worse. I have sulphur burps and diarrhea now.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Burping
