Bulk Pistachios Health Alert

Bought a pound of bulk salted pistachios. Ate a few handfuls and within about an hour I started vomiting followed by diarrhea, chills, fever. Symptoms lasted 4 days spoke with doctors office and food and drug. Also became extremely dehydrated.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Chills
