I had nothing to eat that day apart from a frappe from this Starbucks location.

I know this cannot be anything else since my symptoms only align with food poisoning, not anything like the stomach bug.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
