Lucky Charms Illness Concerns

Is there an issue with general Mills lucky charms? My daughter (age 6) had a stomach ache and diarrhea last month. She woke up sick again this morning. The only thing in common she ate both times was Lucky charms,  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain
