I ate Post Great Grains with raisins, dates, pecans .. about 45 min later my head started spinning the worst I have ever felt in my life. I started sweating profusely. I laid down and started vomiting. I order from their peapod service.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Sweating, Dizziness
