Food Safety Reports: Taco Bell, St Charles Rock Rd, Bridgeton, MO, USA

She ate a nacho Bell Grande and woke up I'm the middle of the night throwing up with diarrhea, The symptoms happened 7 hours after ingesting the food. This is the third time she has gotten sick from eating food at this location. I'm just putting it all together after this incident.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea
