Got chicken chipotle melt on Wednesday 3/9/22 at around 7pm and woke up the following morning at around 4am with severe stomach pain and nausea. About an hour later I ended up severely vomiting twice. I now currently have stomach pains at 11am still.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
