I had 2 soft shell tacos and ate them between 10:30-11:00 am Monday 7/3/17! I was sick that night (diarrhea and vomiting). The following day I continued to be sick and on 7/5/17 I was deathly sick and admitted to ED then the hospital for E. coli.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
