Food Safety Reports: Taco Bell, 52nd Street, Kenosha, WI, United States

Ate 4 rolled chicken tacos at 2pm. Stayed full and had heartburn ever since. Around 6 pm got really exhausted. Sweats and chills on and off. Naseua spells. Diarrhea later on. 11 hours later still feel full and still have heartburn.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Chills, Heartburn, Sweating
