Severe Diarrhea After Tacos

About 3 hours after eating, stomach started to hurt. The following day I had to call in to work because my stomach was in pain. By Thursday Id started to have loose stools, and by Friday i had liquid diarrhea multiple times throughout the day with continual stomach unease.
