Nachos, Fries Cause Illness

I got food with friends last night at 10pm and i got a nacho fries box with a baja blast and my friend got the party nachos box. I woke up hours later and had terrible stomach pains/cramps and terrible nausea. My friend shared the party box with her family and they all are vomiting or have diarrhea.
