Taco Meal Triggers Illness

Right after the first 2 bites I took I felt like something was off and I didn't finish it, later when I got home it hit me. My whole body ached and I felt nauscious. Then diarrhea got the best of me and couldn't eat. I'm going to the hospital after 2 days.
