9/3/18 Ate 2 crunchy tacos, a few tater tots, and large ice tea at around 2pm. Felt a little sick by the time we got home in UT. Around 5-6pm started getting nauseous, then vomiting around 6pm. Couldn't keep much down. Went to dr's 9/4/18. She confirmed food poisoning.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
