I ate Targets pre-prepared Small Chicken Caesar Salad August 1st and immediately felt bad afterwards. Started having diarrhea and nausea within the first couple hours of eating it. Then vomited in the early morning of the following day.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
