I ate a generous serving before going to bed. About 1.5 to 2 hours later I was very nauseated, had abdominal cramping and bad colicky gas and diarrhea. It was aweful And several took hours to subside. I rarely use over the counter meds but needed to because I was miserably uncomfortable.
