Me and my partner visited the Tesco Cafe yesterday 17/01/2026 and had gotten our lunch here, we both got the chicken burger meal, the only meal of the day we both shared and have both since had extreme vomiting and diarrhoea, we want to bring this to attention to avoid this happening to others  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
