Reduced Meal Causes Illness

Ate a chicken Tikka Marsala ready meal that was reduced price, a hours later I started getting symptoms. It's been 2 full days now of diarrhea and vomiting. Have only just been able to keep water down. Absolutely awful poisoning  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
