Undercooked Pork Chop Illness

I went out for my birthday. I was served a half cooked port chop. I ate part of it, then I realized it was rare. The restaurant took it off my bill,but told me your restaurant says it takes days for it to start . Really disappointed with handling of this problem.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
