Ate a chicken empanada at the mar vista farmers market. The next day, I was vomiting uncontrollably and had a high fever and chills. I had to go to urgent care. Have never felt so sick in my life  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills
