Veggie Burger ER Visit

Had a veggie burger with Mushrooms and Grilled onions at The Habit in West Covina about 5 hrs later I was dizzy nauseated and throwing up, had to get rushed to the ER and receive IV treatment. I am never eating The Habit again.
