4-Course Meal Sickens Diner

Ate the 4 course meal and got sick about 2 hours after. Severe vomiting 🤢 and stomach pains non stop for almost 2 hours with small amount of diarrhea. My body was alternating between shivering, chills, then hot and sweating. My friend who had dinner with me is also having same symptoms now.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Sweating

Additional information: Went to dinner at 8:00pm on 1/10/25 and got home and woke up at 3:00am puking.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Chills
