Haddock Meal Causes Vomiting

Ordered the Haddock on 9/15. My dinner companions ordered different entrees. Three hours later I was vomiting the entire meal up. I haven't been sick to my stomach in decades and hadn't eaten anything else that day. Once it all came up, I was OK.
