The next morning I had violent diarrhea. A week later and I am still dealing with it. Not as bad. I am reaching out to my doctor on Monday. I love poke but that is the last time I will eat it.

Ate at around 8:30pm the night before, at around 11:30am the next day i have been throwing up and unable to keep food down.
