Catfish Illness: Nausea & Diarrhea

I had the fried catfish and within 4 hours my stomach was killing me. I was alternating between throwing up and diarrhea. Its been almost 48 and Im still having diarrhea episodes. My stomach is gurgling constantly. I cant get any relief.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
