I ate a breakfast sandwich this morning from Tim Hortons at finch and Markham rd in Scarborough. I am sick to my stomach. I have diareah and now I'm throwing up. I can't sleep. I don't know if should go to emergency.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
