The Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture has issued a warning to consumers about a food outbreak linked to Conoco View Dairy's raw milk products. The outbreak, caused by Campylobacter contamination, has reportedly made 11 people sick across Cumberland, Juniata, Perry, Snyder, and York Counties.

The outbreak was traced... See More back to raw milk products sold by Conoco View Dairy. The products were sold in plastic pints, quarts, and gallons, as well as glass quarts. They were available at the dairy's retail outlet at 410 Clarks Run Road in Blain, Perry County, and other retail locations in Cumberland, Juniata, Perry, Snyder, and York Counties. The dairy also delivered products directly to homes in Dauphin, Perry, and Juniata County and at drop-off points in Harrisburg, Carlisle, Enola, and Mechanicsburg.

The issue came to light after the Department of Agriculture conducted tests following 11 reports of campylobacteriosis illnesses in December and January. The tests confirmed the presence of Campylobacter in the dairy products. While the source of the bacteria is clear, the specific production dates could not be pinpointed, leading to the recommendation that all products, including those in consumers' freezers, should be discarded.
