Chicken Dish Causes Illness

My boyfriend began to feel nauseas before we even left the restaurant, after eating one of their chicken dishes. He layed down for awhile, but woke up in the middle of the night to vomit. He's thrown up multiple times, is sweating, and having chills.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Sweating
