Multi12 Drink Causes Illness

We bought a bottle of their “Multi12” on the net yesterday and then drank it in the evening. My daughter (6) and myself became ill.
I then vomited + chills and later got a fever! | Symptoms: Vomiting, Fever, Chills, Headache
